by immersion
At Fercoop we have an immersion painting plant for cast iron castings complete with washing. This process involves the use of Inver brand Sherwin-Williams water-based ester-epoxy primer (red and black).
We are able to process workpieces weighing up to 500 kg per bar and measuring 2 metres by 1 metre.
For monitoring the stability of the painting process, we have extensive and specific instrumentation.

for measuring the paint layer.

for paint adhesion tests according to EN ISO 2409.
